About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Beattie Beauty website, book an appointment or send a service enquiry. Please read them before confirming a booking.
Appointments
A direct Soft Glam or Full Glam appointment is confirmed when the website displays a booking reference. Please check the service, date, time and contact details before confirming.
Bridal, photo shoot and other bespoke requests are enquiries only. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. We will discuss availability, scope and price with you separately.
Prices and payment
The price displayed during a direct booking is the price due for that service. Payment is made at the appointment unless we agree another arrangement with you in writing. This website does not currently take online payments or store payment card details.
Prices for bespoke services are agreed after we review the enquiry. Travel, early starts, additional people or other special requirements may affect the final price.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Any deposit, cancellation charge or special booking condition will only apply if it was clearly communicated and agreed before the booking was confirmed.
We may need to change or cancel an appointment because of illness, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and discuss an alternative.
Arrival and preparation
Please arrive at the agreed time and follow any preparation guidance sent before the appointment. Arriving late may reduce the available service time if another client is booked afterwards.
Allergies and suitability
Please tell us before the appointment about relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or other information needed to provide the service safely. We may decline or adjust a service where we reasonably believe it would be unsafe or unsuitable.
Results and photography
Makeup results vary with skin, preparation, lighting and personal preference. We will work from the information and references you provide, but an exact recreation cannot be guaranteed.
We will ask for permission before using identifiable photographs of you for our website, portfolio or social media.
Website availability
We aim to keep online booking accurate and available. A technical fault may occasionally affect availability or submission. If you do not receive a booking reference, contact us before assuming an appointment is confirmed.
